*For 2 guests we automatically make the downstairs bed, if you would like the loft bed made instead of or in addition to the downstairs bed please let us know.

* Firepit, you can get wood from our wood storage up by the small yellow shed on our property. We also provide fire starters and a lighter in the tiny home. It is your responsibility to make sure the fire is completely out.

*We have a dog named Milo, he roams freely. He may bark when you first arrive, but he is a sweetheart & very well behaved. If you don't want him to say hi please let us know, we are happy to keep him away.

*We also have a cat that is very friendly and roams freely on the property.

*Trampoline is not for guest use.
