The space

Renovated 1960s off the grid solar powered modified A-frame, set on a private road in a private community, sprawling two acres of deeply wooded Catskill forests. The house features two full bedrooms, two baths as well as a very comfortable, cozy, open floor plan.

Outside features include a fire pit, large steel drum bbq grill, an extra long picnic table and screened in gazebo as well as a small spring fed pond and endless wooded views in the back yard.
